LAIN
Lebanese AI Network - Computational Research & Development Laboratory
An academic research laboratory dedicated to advancing computational research through collaborative investigations in machine learning, natural language processing, and data-driven methodologies. Our research focuses on developing novel algorithms, frameworks, and applications with reproducible, open-source implementations available on GitHub.
Note: LAIN is under construction; this idea is still maturing while we actively develop the website.

Student Submission Desk
We welcome undergraduate and graduate students to share Statements of Purpose (SOPs) or draft papers for constructive feedback. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis by our research mentors with attention to clarity, research alignment, and long-term development.
- Compile your SOP or manuscript into a polished PDF (maximum 10 pages recommended).
- Include a short cover note outlining your goals, target program or venue, and specific questions.
- Name each file using the format LastName_DocumentType_YYYY.pdf.
- Use the Compose Email button to send a message with the PDFs listed below.
After clicking Compose Email your default mail application will open. Attach the PDFs shown above if they are not added automatically, then send to mbz02@mail.aub.edu. We typically respond within seven business days with detailed notes and, when appropriate, follow-up meeting options.
